The Santa Cruz Metropolitan Transit Districtis governed by an 11-member Board of Directors composed of representatives of the cities of Watsonville, Santa Cruz, Capitola, and Scotts Valley, and representatives from the unincorporated areas of Santa Cruz County, plus one ex-officio member from UCSC.
