Reporting to the city manager, Cathy Madalone has been the police chief since June 2019. Commander David Santos reports directly to the chief and manages the Patrol Operations Division, which is composed of Patrol, School Resources, and Investigations. Commander Santos started with the department in January 2021.

Administrative Services Manager Jocelyn Francis reports to the chief and manages the Administrative Services Division. The division encompasses Police Records, Property and Evidence, Animal Control, Parking Enforcement, Facilities, Purchasing and the Budget. Francis has been with the department since December 2014.
