The Human Resources Department coordinates the city’s overall personnel system, including recruitment and selection, salaries and benefits, orientation, training, performance evaluation, employee relations, discipline, and risk management. The eepartment seeks to recruit and retain an effective workforce and to assist the city manager in establishing a respectful work environment.

Hours: Mon-Thurs 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Closed holidays.
