Nevada Irrigation District Board of Directors Director Ricki Heck

Ricki Heck has been a resident of Nevada County for almost 40 years. She has worked as a consultant for the California Legislature and as executive director of a local nonprofit. She has an background in business and brings this knowledge to the NID board. She is the mother of five children and grandmother to twins.
