The Folsom Utility Commission is a seven-member group; five commissioners are appointed by individual councilmembers and two are appointed “at large” by the City Council as a whole. The commission reviews budgets and discusses operations of all city utilities. Utilities include solid waste, sewer, and water. The commission also helps ensure that city staff is aware of resident concerns.
The commission meets at 6:30 p.m. the third Tuesday of every month.
