The Folsom City Council approved a contract with Ghirardelli Associates for the East Bidwell and Iron Point /US 50 Onramp Improvement Project last year. To put the finishing touches on the project, the council on Tuesday agreed to spend another $17,000 on light poles stalled in delivery.
