The Folsom City Council provides policy direction and financial oversight to the city manager, who is accountable to the city council. With an eye on long-term goals, they guide the direction of the city and serve as stewards for the residents and businesses of Folsom.

Meetings: Meets the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 6:30 p.m.
