The Planning Commission reviews planning applications for design review, variances, use permits, planned development permits, and environmental determinations. The commission also advises the city council on land use matters, including rezone requests, general or specific plan amendments, annexations, and ordinance amendments.
Meetings are held at 6:30 p.m. the first and third Wednesdays of the month in the Council Chambers, 50 Natoma St.
