Vice Mayor Paul Sandu has called Galt home for more than 25 years. A native from India, he was an employee of the US Postal Service for 25 years before retiring to run a local Best Western with his wife, Amy Sandhu. Before running for a seat on the Galt City Council in 2018, he served on the Planning Commission.
