Kevin Papineau is a familiar face to many Galt residents, as he has lived in the town for decades while also serving in the community. He is a business owner and maintains a strong faith in God and family values that he brings into his work on the City Council. Papineau is an alumni of Capital Christian High School in Sacramento, and holds a degree in business from Union Institute and University. He has been married to his wife, Laura, for 27 years and has worked as a deputy sheriff, police officer, and detective for the Elk Grove Police Department and the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department.
