Hagan is a local who graduated from Escalon High School before leaving town for college. After his schooling, he returned home to work as a veterinarian.

As a businessman, Hagan favors creating revenue “through developing our business tax base via positive new business development and making it easier for businesses to call Escalon home.”

Alma maters: California State University, Stanislaus (bachelor’s degree, zoology); studied veterinary medicine at St. George’s University, Purdue University and North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine.
