The board advises the City Council and the City Manager in matters pertaining to personnel administration. Three members are council-appointed; the other two are nominated by employees. Members cannot be current or former city employees, public officials or public agency employees.
Meetings take place at 5 p.m. on the third Monday of every month as necessary in the Redwood Conference Room at City Hall, 456 W Olive Ave.
