This five-member body reviews job descriptions and classification recommendations for city positions, serves as a neutral body to hear appeals of disciplinary matters regarding full-time city employees, and reviews the Human Resources Rules and Regulations, in accordance with the City Charter. Commissioners serve a four-year term.

Meetings are held in the City Council Chambers at 7351 Rosanna St. on the fourth Monday of the month at 5:30 pm.
