Trevor Caulder represents the Placer County portion of Nevada Irrigation District. He grew up with the Bear River as his backyard and spent springs and summers camping and boating at local reservoirs. After earning an electrical engineering degree from the California State University at Chico, he moved to Silicon Valley and attended graduate school at Santa Clara University, and then participated in the formation, IPO and selling of a networking company. He has lived in the Lincoln area since 2004.
