Ken Broadway was appointed to the Rocklin City Council in September 2016 and then ran successfully for two more terms. He served as mayor in 2018. The longtime Rocklin resident is a graduate of the Rocklin Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Rocklin program, and he now participates as a member of the steering committee for that program, as well as having served as an honorary Chamber of Commerce board member. Broadway began working for United Parcel Service in 1986, and he is currently a corporate pricing manager.

Alma maters: University of Phoenix (MBA in marketing); University of Nevada, Reno (bachelor’s degrees, business administration and criminal justice)

The Rocklin City Council approved modifications Jan. 14 to the Business Attraction, Retention and Revitalization Overlay, or "BARRO" zone, to revitalize older city business zones.
After a long discussion, the Rocklin City Council voted 3-2 last month to proceed in donating $2 million toward saving undeveloped Clover Valley.
