The Arts Commission serves as an advisory body to the City Council on matters pertaining to the arts in Milpitas. The commission reviews Phantom Art Gallery artist applicants and reviews the Cultural Arts Support Program. Seven commissioners and two alternate members are appointed to three-year terms.
Meetings are held on the fourth Mondays of January, March, May, September and November of the month at 7 p.m.
