Its 10 functions are Administration, Streets Maintenance, Utility Engineering, Utility Operations and Maintenance, Trees and Landscape Maintenance, Parks Maintenance, Fleet Maintenance, Facilities Maintenance, Environmental Compliance and Sustainability, and Solid Waste.
