The Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Resources Commission advises the City Council regarding the operation and maintenance of recreation, leisure services, and historic preservation activities. The Commission also offers recommendations on the acquisition, planning, and development of new and existing parks and facilities. Seven commissioners and two alternate members are appointed to three-year terms.
Meetings are held in the Committee Conference Room at 455 E. Calaveras Blvd. on the first Monday of every month except July at 7 p.m. unless held virtually.
