The Planning Commission approves, conditionally approves, or disapproves applications for conditional use permits and makes recommendations regarding approval or disapproval of subdivision maps, planned unit development permits, annexations, development agreements, rezoning and land use, and zoning plans. Commissioners are volunteers who live in the city limits and are appointed by the City Council. The Housing & Community Development Department provides staff support to the commission.
First and third Wednesdays of each month at 3:30 p.m.
