The city clerk is appointed by the city manager and serves as liaison between the council and the community. The city clerk’s responsibilities include preparing meeting agendas; attending and recording minutes, resolutions, and ordinances; serving as custodian of the City Seal; publishing and posting public notices; conducting all elections; serving as filing officer for financial disclosure and campaign disclosure statements; and coordinating all council appointments to city advisory bodies.

Hours: Weekdays 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Closed holidays and Wednesdays.
