The Development Review Committee reviews and acts on minor development proposals and advises the Planning Commission on larger projects. A DRC meeting is the first step for applications submitting a proposal to the Planning Commission. The committee reviews the proposal and provides comments and direction on a variety of design components. Committee members include a representative from the Planning Commission, a consulting architect, and city staff representatives from the Community Development, Fire, and Engineering departments.
Regular Commission meetings take place every second and fourth Tuesdays of each month in the Mayor’s Conference Room at City Hall at 9 a.m.
