Historic charm (don't miss the Donner Memorial Park Emigrant Trail Museum), 1800s architecture, gigantic trees, and more culture than you can shake a log at. And it's all open for us to breathe in. The Tahoe Art League promotes local culture through classes, plein air outings, art exhibits, artist talks and demonstrations, and an annual studio tour.
The third Saturday in September means Truckee’s artists show off their work with displays and demonstrations at 30 stops.
The campus has four exhibition spaces to view emerging local artists.
