Public Works is responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of public streets, sidewalks, curbs, storm drains, street trees, medians, and traffic signs/markings. The department provides engineering review for private developments to ensure these are constructed according to city specifications, and code enforcement for storm water pollution, garbage and recycling.
