The Finance Department ensures the financial integrity of city resources by monitoring all financial functions and transactions. To provide these services to both internal and external customers, the department is divided into the following sections: Utility Billing & Customer Service, General Accounting, Accounts Payable, Budget, Licensing, Cash Management, and Procurement Services.

Hours: Mon-Thu, 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m.; Fri, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
