City of Auburn Economic Development Commission

The goal of the Economic Development Commission is to enhance Auburn's business environment and economic base while preserving community resources. The commission promotes economic development that creates jobs, serves both the businesses and residential community, and provides both locals and visitors with ample lodging, food, recreation, entertainment, and cultural resources. The commission advises the council, city manager, and planning and public works director on economic development matters, providing a greater opportunity for citizen participation in the affairs of city government.
