The five members of the City Council serve four-year terms. Every year the council chooses one member to serve as mayor and another to serve as mayor pro tempore. Meetings can be attended via Zoom; video of past meetings can be accessed here.

Meetings: Meetings during the pandemic were held remotely. Under normal circumstances, meetings take place at 6 p.m. the third Tuesday of each month in Council Chambers at City Hall, 311 Second St.
