The Library & Public Art Commission provides counsel and recommendations on library policies, budgets, plans, and procedures to the City Council, City staff, the Santa Clara County Library. The Commission also provides counsel and recommendations to the Saratoga City Council on public art, including supporting cultural and artistic programs in the community, and fostering a stronger, more inclusive community.
