Clean Tahoe Program provides litter removal, hauling services, and more for a cleaner community and environment.
Volunteers can sign up as a member of a neighborhood Clean Team and pick up litter whenever it’s convenient. Or they can participate in the group’s annual events: the South Tahoe Spring Clean (held in early May), the Bike Path Cleanup event (held in early June during Tahoe Bike Week), and the Great Sierra River Cleanup of South Tahoe (held on the third Saturday in September).
