Truckee Donner Public Utility District Board of Directors Director Jeff Bender

Jeff Bender lives with his family in Truckee and owns Bender Engineering Commissioning and Jeff Bender Construction, which provide engineering, commissioning and construction services in the Sierra Nevada. Bender has a wide range of experience in the fields of energy management and efficiency, mechanical engineering, commissioning and retro-commissioning, and green building and renewable energy technologies. He is a licensed professional mechanical engineer and is a licensed class B general contractor in California. He has served on Truckee’s Planning Commission and Green Building Committee, as well as the Nevada County Local Agency Formation Commission.
