The Code Enforcement Division’s two full-time officers are responsible for enforcing the provisions of the Cupertino Municipal Code and other related codes and policies. To meet this obligation, they obtain compliance through intervention, education, and enforcement. The division partners with the community in enforcing neighborhood maintenance standards to help maintain property values and create a healthy, aesthetically pleasing community.

Important message about parking citations: Enforcement of the parking ordinance for street sweeping has been suspended until further notice. This policy is in response to the “Shelter in Place” mandate in effect during the COVID-19 pandemic.
