The Building Board of Appeals hears and decides appeals of orders, decisions or determinations made by the Building Official relative to the application and interpretation of the technical rules. Enabling Resolution The Board of Appeals consists of three members who serve four-year terms. Candidates must not be employees of the Town of Los Gatos and must be qualified by experience and training to review matters pertaining to building construction and building service equipment.
Meetings are held as necessary and are open to the public.
