After more than 30 years as a resident of Los Gatos and more than 10 years of service in local government, Matthew Hudes won a seat on the Los Gatos Town Council in 2020. Hudes was previously on the Planning Commission, the Historic Preservation Committee, the General Plan Committee, the Housing Element Advisory Board, and others.
Day job: A former partner with Deloitte and Ernst & Young, Hudes is now CEO of a biotechnology consulting firm.
Alma mater: Santa Clara University (MBA), University of Connecticut (bachelor's degree).
