Commissioner have an interest in protecting and enhancing the city’s natural environment. The five members serve two-year terms, and their number includes one member of the City Council and one appointee chosen by each of the remaining four council members. Members are preferably adult residents of Capitola.
Meetings are held quarterly on the fourth Wednesday of each quarter at a time TBD.
