Events such as the Begonia Festival and the Capitola Art & Wine Festival continue to draw visitors. Year-round, Capitola’s 10,000 residents enjoy the city’s restaurants, entertainment, scenic views, and shops—including the county’s only indoor mall.
The city of Capitola is recruiting members of the public to serve on an ad-hoc committee to study village parking meters and permits and share their opinion with the City Council.
