This committee preserves the character and integrity of neighborhoods in Capitola by promoting appropriate development. Appointees are selected by the council to serve two-year terms. The committee includes one architect, one landscape architect and one historian, with alternates appointed as well. Members are not required to be city residents.
Meetings are held the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month at 3:30 pm.
