The Committee provides financial and budget alternatives and advice to the City Council. The mayor and vice mayor also serve along with one appointee from each of the three remaining council districts and a one appointee representing the business community who is recommended by the Capitola Soquel Chamber of Commerce. All must be city residents.
Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of every other month at 6 p.m.
