This seven-member committee meet at least twice annually to make recommendations to the Parks and Recreation Commission, the Planning Commission, and the Board of Supervisors on matters affecting the Coloma Lotus Valley, including land along South Fork of the American River from Chili Bar Dam to Folsom Lake.
Meets at least two times per year.
