In Memory Of
Richard “Dick” Reynolds, former Fire Management Officer for the U.S. Forest Service Placerville District, died April 23. He was as an avid outdoorsman, veteran of the Korean War and a beloved father, grandfather, uncle, friend and neighbor.

Appointed by the Board of Supervisors, the Planning Commission reviews and acts on matters related to growth, housing needs, rezoning, permits, subdivisions and environmental protection. Additionally, planning helps account for future demand for services, including sewers, roads, and fire protection.
Meetings are held on the second and fourth Thursday of each month at 8:30 a.m. Unless held virtually, meetings take place at 2850 Fairlane Court, Building C, Placerville.
