Parks and Rec committee members advise the City Council on issues regarding recreational programs and activities. They help develop new recreational offerings, and study all facilities available in town to make recommendations regarding their status, consistent with the General Plan. In particular, members work with the town to develop recreational opportunities at Westwind Barn and Byrne Preserve.
Meetings are held in the Parks and Recreation Building, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, on the third Monday of the month at 5:30 pm.
