The Municipal Advisory Council for the Penn Valley Area consists of nine regular members appointed by the District 4 supervisor. Members are required to reside within District 4 boundaries within either the Western Gateway Regional Recreation and Park District or the Penn Valley Fire Protection District. The council will meet at least quarterly or as often as once a month, as deemed necessary by the council, District 4 supervisor, or the Board of Supervisors.
Regular meetings are on the 3rd Thursday of the month from 6Â to 7:30 p.m.
